Meet the Founder

LuxeCraft has been founded by Ashwini Patil, a software engineering leader who moved from Mumbai, India, to the United States in 2013. While building a successful technology career and leading engineering teams for global organizations, Ashwini always felt a strong connection to India's rich culture, traditions, and craftsmanship.

Over the years, she noticed that finding authentic, high-quality ethnic festive décor and handcrafted products in the United States was often difficult. The products that were available frequently lacked the craftsmanship, variety, and cultural authenticity that she remembered from India. Like many members of the International diaspora, she missed the vibrant colors, festive lights, artistic traditions, and joyful celebrations that makes festivals so special.

What began as a fun side project in 2025 soon evolved into something much bigger. Driven by a desire to connect Indian artisans with customers around the world, Ashwini launched LuxeCraft to create a bridge between talented craftsmen across world and families seeking authentic ethnic products abroad.

With more than 16 years of experience in technology, product development, and leadership, Ashwini brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit, operational excellence, and passion for cultural preservation. Her vision is to help small artisans and family-owned businesses across the world access global markets while making it easier for people everywhere to celebrate traditions with authenticity and pride.

What started as a personal passion project has received tremendous love and support from customers who share the same appreciation for heritage and craftsmanship. Today, LuxeCraft continues to grow with a simple purpose: bringing  culture, creativity, colors, lights, and laughter closer to homes around the world.
